Bachelor of Science In Architecture (BSArch)

The practice of architecture is the act of planning and architectural designing, structural conceptualization, designing of built structures and their environment, specifying, supervising and giving general administration and responsible direction to the erection, enlargement or alterations of buildings and building environments and architectural design in engineering structures or any part thereof; the scientific, aesthetic, and orderly coordination of all the processes which enter into the production of a complete building or structure, performed through the medium of unbiased preliminary studies of plans, consultations, specifications, conferences, evaluations, investigations, contract documents and oral advice and directions regardless of whether the persons engaged in such practice are residents of the Philippines or have their principal office or place of business in this country or another territory, and regardless whether such persons are performing one or all of these duties, or whether such duties are performed in person or as the directing head of an office or organization performing them.

Bachelor of Science In Civil Engineering (BSCE)

Civil Engineering is a profession that applies the basic principles of science in conjunction with mathematical and computational tools to solve problems associated with developing and sustaining civilized life on our planet. Civil Engineering works are generally one-of-a-kind projects; they are often grand in scale; and they usually require cooperation among professionals of many different disciplines. The completion of a civil engineering project involves the solution of technical problems in which information from numerous sources and myriad non-technical factors play a significant rule. Some of the most common examples of civil engineering works include bridges, buildings, dams, airports and hangars, ports and harbors, highways and railways, tunnels, river and shore improvements, lighthouses, dry docks, irrigations, flood protection, drainage, water supply, and towers. Enumeration of any work in this section shall not be construed as excluding any other work requiring civil engineering knowledge and application.

Bachelor of Science In Computer Engineering (BSCompE)

Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (BSCpE) is a program that embodies the science and technology of design, development, implementation, maintenance and integration of software and hardware components in modern computing systems and computer-controlled equipment.

Bachelor of Science In Electrical Engineering (BSEE)

Electrical Engineering is a profession that involves the conceptualization, development, design and application of safe, healthy, ethical, economical and sustainable generation, transmission, distribution and utilization of electrical energy for the benefit of society and the environment through the knowledge of mathematics, physical sciences, information technology and other allied sciences, gained by study, research and practice.

Bachelor of Science In Electronics Engineering (BSECE)

The scope and nature of practice of the Electronics Engineer shall embrace and consist of any work or activity relating to the application of engineering sciences and/or principles to the investigation, analysis, synthesis, planning, design, specification, research and development, provision, procurement, marketing and sales, manufacture and production, construction and installation, tests/measurements/control, operation, repair, servicing, technical support and maintenance of electronic components, devices, products, apparatus instruments, equipment, systems, networks, operations and processes in the fields of electronics, including communications technology (ICT), computers and their networking and hardware/firmware/software development and applications, broadcast/broadcasting cable and wireless television, consumer and industrial electronics, electro optics/photonics/opt-electronics, electro-magnets, avionics, aerospace, navigational and military application, medical electronics, robotics, cybernetics, biometrics and all other related and convergent fields; it also includes the administration, management, supervision and regulatory aspects of such works and activities; similarly included are those teaching and training activities which develop the ability to use electronic engineering fundamentals and related advanced knowledge in electronics engineering, including lecturing and teaching of technical and professional subjects given the electronics engineering (RA9292, 2004)

Bachelor of Science In Mechanical Engineering (BSME)

Mechanical Engineering is a profession that concerns itself with mechanical design, energy conversion, fuel and combustion technologies, heat transfer, materials, noise control and acoustics, manufacturing processes, rails transportation, automatic control, product safety and reliability, solar energy, and technological impacts to society. Mechanical engineers study the behavior of materials when forces are applied to them, such as the motion of solids, liquids, gases, and heating and cooling of object and machines. Using these basic building blocks, mechanical engineers design space vehicles, computers, power plants, intelligent machines and robots, automobiles, trains, airplanes, furnaces, and air-conditioners. Mechanical engineers work on jet engine design, submarines, hot air balloons, textiles and new materials, medical and hospital equipment, and refrigerators and other home appliances. Anything that is mechanical or must interact with another machine or human being is within the broad scope of mechanical engineering.
