Key officials of Northwest Samar State University (NWSSU) convened on March 3 2025, in the University Boardroom to discuss and address compliance requirements outlined in SEC Advisory No. 19, Series of 2024.

The meeting, led by Dr. Rhio C. Dimakiling, Vice-president for Administration and Finance, focused on the submission deadlines for R.A. 11032, also known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Discussions centered on ensuring timely compliance with the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) guidelines, particularly the submission of the Citizen’s Charter and Certificate of Compliance (CoC).

With ARTA implementing a unified submission form to streamline the process, NWSSU officials reviewed the updated submission procedure and schedule, emphasizing the implemented deadline for both the CoC and updated Citizen’s Charter.

The meeting underscores NwSSU’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and efficiency in delivering public service. By ensuring full compliance with national policies, the university aims to enhance administrative processes, improve service delivery, and set a strong example for other institutions.

With clear guidelines and a dedicated leadership, NWSSU remains steadfast in its mission to provide responsive and efficient governance that benefits students, faculty, and stakeholders alike.
