In celebration of National Women’s Month 2025, the Land Transportation Office (LTO) has partnered with Northwest Samar State University (NwSSU) to offer a free Theoretical Driving Course exclusively for female students, faculty, and staff. This initiative aims to equip women with essential road safety knowledge and develop the driving skills necessary for obtaining a driver’s license.
The training will take place on March 13, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Northwest Samar State University. The examinations will be held on March 14, and the TDC certificates will be released on the same day. Participation is on a first come, first-served basis until all slots are filled. Please note that female applicants aged 16-17 must bring a parental consent form.
