Student Affairs and Services are the services and programs in higher education institutions that are concerned with academic support experiences of students to attain holistic student development. Academic Support Services are those related to student welfare. student development and those that relate to institutional programs and services. (CMO No. 09 s. 2013)
The Student Affairs and Services (SAS) Office is committed to the holistic development of the students, through its designed services, programs, and activities that will complement and supplement the academic whom are the section heads of the following offices:
- Arts, Social and Culture Affairs (ASCA) Office
- Guidance and Testing Center
- University Health Center
- Sports and Physical Fitness Development Office
- Scholarships and Grants Office
- Student Publication Office
The Student Affairs and Services (SAS) Office services to students on the following matters, among others:
- Supervision and coordination of institutional student activities;
- Preparation, issuance, and validation of student identification (ID) cards;
- Facilitate scholarships and grants;
- Regulation of the school attire;
- Imposition of disciplinary sanctions/measures on erring students; and
- Insurance claim
