The College Alumni Affairs Coordinators (CAAC) serve as essential representatives and facilitators within their respective colleges in matters concerning its Alumni/Graduates, acting as strategic links between academic units and the NwSSU Alumni Affairs Office (NAAO) with the following specific main objectives;

The CAAC shall oversee the tracking of various relevant information of the Alumni/Graduates of all the programs/courses within the college.
The CAAC shall support NAAO in monitoring and updating the College Alumni employment status and maintaining accurate records.
The CAAC shall assist or spearhead in the creation of Alumni Associations within the college, either by program or an association as one college.
The CAAC shall coordinate with NAAO the activities of the colleges with existing Alumni Organizations and provide support in the development of its programs.
The CAAC shall assist and support all the programs, projects, and activities of the NAAO to strengthen alumni engagement and institutional development.
