Hon. Lacaba, a distinguished Doctor of Management and esteemed faculty member of the College of Management, was recently sworn in as the new President of the Federation of Faculty Associations during the 64th Regular Board Meeting of the NwSSU Governing Board held at the CHED Central Office, UP Diliman, Quezon City.
