NwSSU Holds Key Meeting Gears Up for Handum 2050 Strategic Futures Workshop

Northwest Samar State University (NwSSU) officials and key personnel gathered for a crucial preparatory meeting held on May 18, 2026, at 1:30 P.M. at the University President’s Board Room. Led by Ms. Ivy B. Aligam, Supervising Administrative Officer – Admin, the session brought together concerned Vice Presidents and Unit Heads to finalize arrangements for the upcoming NwSSU Handum 2050 Workshop: Strategic Futures Workshop on Futures Thinking Towards Sustainable Development Using the ACACIA Framework as part of Senator Pia S. Cayetano’s initiative scheduled on May 20-21, 2026.

 

This significant activity aims to guide the institution in shaping long-term plans aligned with sustainable development goals.

 

During the meeting, participants actively discussed the submission of required outputs, logistical and technical preparations, and other essential matters to ensure the smooth and successful conduct of the two-day onsite session.
