Northwest Samar State University joins the nation in celebrating the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary this September 2026, with this year’s theme, “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan.”
Led by the Civil Service Commission, the PCSA honors the enduring legacy of Filipino civil servants and their continued commitment to responsive, ethical, and excellence-driven public service. NwSSU extends its solidarity with public servants nationwide in upholding the values of service and integrity.
