The project aims to: (1) operate the upgraded laboratory facilities to support extension and research activities, benefiting farmer beneficiaries in Calbayog City, (2) augment laboratory facilities and equipment for the BS in Agriculture (BSA) and Bachelor of Agricultural Technology (BAT) programs, leading to skills development in students, and (3) provide the necessary laboratory requirements to achieve Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) and meet the standards of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
This funding will enable NwSSU to strengthen its commitment to agricultural innovation and sustainable development in the Samar region. The DA’s support is an epitome of the strength of NwSSU’s project proposal and its potential to contribute to the advancement of agriculture in the region.
Congratulations to Dr. Lauderes and the entire NwSSU team for this remarkable achievement!
